Returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product received is incorrect.
- Product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
- Product is defective or unfit for consumption.
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Customers must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
- Products returned without valid proof of purchase.
- Bulk orders customized as per customer requirements.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is unavailable after payment has been completed.
- The order is cancelled by India Gold Tea.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
Refund Process
Once the returned product or claim has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost after approval of the claim.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
India Gold Tea reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk, wholesale, distributor, and customized packaging orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a delivery error from our side.
Any issues related to bulk orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
